This supplement really shrink my fibroids and got my periods back to be normal plus the swelling in my ankle completely is gone from my hypertension issues. I am able to sit down at work for long periods of time without my feet and ankles severely swelling to the point to where it hurt to wear shoes. My ankles and feet now look so sexy and shapely, I love it. My breathing is a lot better also I've noticed. This is a really great supplement. In the beginning I was taking 3 capsules once a day /then weaned myself into taking 3 capsules twice a day . Overtime, I've worked myself up to taking 6 capsules twice a day. It's ingredients are definitely genuine. I only take the supplements 3 weeks straight everyday, then I completely stop taking them for about 2 months before taking them again. It just depends on your situation and how you feel as you take the supplements along the way. Oh honey trust and believe your body will let you know if it's had too much. After taking them off and on after a period of 8 months I stopped taking them for a year because I didn't need it and I was fine /however a year later the swelling in my feet and ankles have returned and I started the regimen again. These supplements really work!

I got such encouraging results from the 90 count bottle that I ordered the450 count to keep the momentum going! i was experiencing serious stiffnessand pain in both hands due to inflammation. I was looking for a good quality protealytic enzyme supplement, and had read they need to be enteric coated to pass through the stomach acid prior to release into the gut.Moreover on a podcast with two digestive experts, one mentioned taking lots of serrapeptase especially and its beneficial effects so I was pleased to see this has it along with a number of other digestive enzymes.I'm onto my second bottle and can say my gut overall is feeling better and better so I really do recommend these to anybody taking their gut microbiome seriously.

I am on my second bottle of this supplement. I had expected it to work faster. I purchased it to help with joint pain in my hips and back, but it only seems to be working a small amount. I was hoping it would assist in breaking down the scarring in those areas as I rehab. Maybe I will need to take it a bit longer and keep doing the therapy, but at this time, I am not sure if it is helping all that much. Your mileage may be better.

I was skeptical after reading other reviews but this stuff really does work to reduce pain and inflammation!! I have back pain after working outside on weekends, also helping with a family move and taking this reduces that considerably. I also have occasional knee swelling from an ACL reconstruction 7 years ago as well as a hip replacement. This product is really amazing. My only issue is having to follow the instructions of taking on empty stomach and 3 x perday. i don't always get it in 3 x per day. it is important to ramp up the first week. I am still only taking 2 pills at a time 1-3 x per day and it works great. I will continue to take this product as long as it is available.

I bought these after some research told me they were a huge help for relieving pain from inflammation. I have a herniated disc that causes me painful sciatica. This product knocks down my inflammation so my back can heal with far less pain. I don’t need any other medication when I take these supplements, 2 pills 3x a day. They don’t have any weird flavor and I’ve had no side effects, just huge relief.I left them at home when I went away for a weekend and by the time I got back I was completely crippled again and the Motrin wasn’t making a dent. I got back into taking these and within 2 days I was walking better and the pain had drastically reduced. These saved me while I wait for more advanced medical treatment. Can’t recommend them enough.

I didn’t notice much change in my pain though maybe some- it constipated me beyond belief and I never have issues like that! It also gave me horrible stomach cramps
