The more I learn about microbiome health, the more I realize the importance of both PROBIOTICS and PREBIOTICS. Prebiotics nourish the healthy bacteria. This particular one is great - exactly the ingredients I'm looking for, in an easy-dissolve powder. Small spoonful in my morning tea and I'm good to go.

According to the ingredients, it would be useful if it stayed a powder. Unfortunately, I purchased 2 bottles and both turned to cement inside the bottle.

I bought this as a replacement for the Plexus Slim, but really no visible results that I could tell. I seemed to have cravings back and no changes. Yes it is cheaper, even with the extra supplements recommended, but never could find actual changes.It was fine through the 30 days, but this isn't something i would purchase again... Going back to Plexus for the results

I bought this product to replace the Plexus Slim pink drink. I use this as well as a Chromium supplement and the combo seems to be working really well and is MUCH more cost effective. It is tasteless and dissolves easily in whatever liquid you choose to use it in. I gave 4 stars because I have only been using it for a few weeks, but as I stated above, it seems to be doing exactly what the Plexus was for a lot less money.

This product is easy to use, mixed in juice it blends with any flavor. Noticeably less gastric bloating and burping. Looking forward to finishing the bottle for continued improvement with gut issues.
