Fixed my squeaking dryer in about 15 minutes. Good for another 10 years I hope! 😊 Remember to buy a small tube of grease to go with it, to lubricate it.

Squeaking tumble drier when in operation? This few quid part resolved the issue. Easy fit if you feel confident to take the rear cover off the back of the drier, and remove the pin. Recommend adding a bit of grease too. Sorted.

Well I'm not sure how much can be said about such a simple item. Other than it fit perfectly and saved us a lot of money as we didn't need to replace the whole tumble dryer.After a quick search when our tumble dryer started making a horrible screeching noise, this part was highlighted as a likely cause.I was a bit dubious at first to buy this item from Amazon due to the cheapness compared to other companies for this part. But I took a gamble and it payed off, the perfect fit replacement part and no more horrible screeching noise.

I originally bought a non genuine copy bearing from eBay back in September.It was only a couple of weeks when it started squeaking and the shaft cutting through the poor quality material.I then purchased this genuine bearing from Amazon. It has worked perfectly with no noise or issues whatsoever,The genuine bearings are oil impregnated during manufacture, hence self lubricated and last a lot longer and are quiet.Don’t bother wasting your time fitting cheaper bearings, just pay the few pound extra and purchase this one.

Part very good but delivery was late should of came next day but found out was then due two days later but came a later than the next day delivery date so we could not use the tumble dryer until the part came but now works fine

Got this as had a metallic noise when drum turning. Disconnected mains and removed 2 screws for plastic cover on back of IDC85UK and found metal shavings in cover. Shaft had ground almost through bearing. Sprayed with plus gas and straightened and wiggled securing pin out but could not remove drum shaft collar easily (maybe because it has been used in garage)so tried to use pliers but the collar metal is very delicate and I broke that so bad to order that too. Put some grease on and refitted new collar bearing and old pin then replaced cover. Very easy to do but be careful removing the drum shaft collar (castle nut type piece!). Works perfectly again.

Fixed the screeching tumble dryer a treat. Pretty easy to fit. Look on YouTube for video.

I bought this in an emergency to fix an Indesit IDV75 vented dryer.Sadly I'd left it too long and the shaft had bore away the back plate so couldn't use the part and sent it back. Would have definelty fit perfectly well.
