Worked...kinda
I was skeptical but this stuff actually worked to a degree. My chip was on the passenger side so didn't affect me at all when driving, I just didn't want it to turn into a crack and spread. It was a small pit about the size of a BB with some tiny cracks radiating out from it. I didn't expect much but after following the instructions exactly, all the tiny cracks have been filled in with the resin and the pit was reduced in size by about 50%. Not perfect but not bad and with the resin in there I don't think it will spread at all. Had I known that you can get a professional to do it pretty inexpensively or that your insurance may cover it for free to prevent having to pay for a new windshield down the road, I probably would have gone that route but for what it is this stuff isn't too bad.

Do yourself a favor and buy something that works
Yeah, I have saved a few bucks on cheaper windshield repair kits in the past... except they sucked. You can get a cheap one for well under $10 that you will feel good about until that crack in your windshield starts to grow and grow and suddenly you are out for $$$.Do yourself a favor and buy this one. Comes with an applicator to get resin into the crack.Word to the wise, do not use on a rainy day or when dark out. Also if the weather is cool, turn on your car and crank the heat up. This will cut the viscosity of the resin in the repair patch and help it penetrate the crack better - giving that suction applicator a little extra edge.Effective. Price is fine.

It works. Strange instructions.
It came out as expected. The pit is filled with resin now and very little visible. There are still two 1/4" cracks visible but hopefully, and this is one of the main features of the repair kit to seal the cracks and stop from getting worse, they will stay like this.Instructions are strange though. Paper instructions make you think the whole process should be done in sunlight. But I watched their YouTube video to make sure I'm not missing anything and at the end of the video there's a warning saying "don't do it in direct sunlight". But in the video the voice tells you "do this in direct sunlight".So I scrolled through the comments figuring other people are as confused as I am and sure enough...The correct steps are, everything except the last steps (11 and 12 in the paper manual) should be done in the shade.

Vary bad product
Very bad experience with this windshield repair.First: too small (no problem, let see when open)Second: opened, the liquid splashed on my hands and it is gone, lol Awesome!!It didn't give me the chance to try to fix the windshield.Throw it in the garbage, that is the story.

Not perfect. But definitely helps.
I saw a video of this product on YouTube and it worked great so i got it. I had a pretty good mark from a rock. The video on YouTube turned out better than mine did but it still fixed it to a much better condition than it was before. Filled in the divot and some of the cracking.

Follow the directions and don't get in a hurry!
I have used 5 of these kits to fill in cracks/holes on two different windshields. If you follow the directions and wait the required times, it will work wonders. I've been very impressed and will continue to use it for future rock chips. One little tip: when squeezing out the fluid, it takes some pressure to squeeze the tube. Fill up the pressed-on plastic guide enough to cover the chip (just look from the inside of the windshield) and try to save a few drops of fluid for the last step when you level it off with the yellow film.

Works just as described
The instructions are descriptive, clearly written and even have pictures. The resin has a low viscosity. That combined with the included syringe allows the resin to flow into all the cracks and make a nearly invisible repair. This product works well.
