This casein protein product is a great it does it job perfectly. I take this before I sleep to provide my body with nutrients at night. The first day I took this, I woke up feeling more Energesied and more awake. This as it is casein protein does it job and I'm very impressed. Tastes great and is pretty easy to mix.

I have been using for past 1.5 yrs. First thing, I got visible difference in muscle building after 3 rd time of consumption ( not a third scoop, third package!). So, you cant get the difference in few days because muscle building is a slow and steady process. Now come to reviewPros:1. Value for money. Compared to other brands, this one is cost effective and reacts well.2. Since it is a bed time protein, I am getting good pumps at the time of wakeup.3. It completes my protein requirement of night time for muscle recovery4. Overall, it reacts slowly but if u have a good workout and diet regime, you will earn the progressCons:1. First thing, you will have to take more water consumption, otherwise you will get constipation2. It tastes blindly. So add boost or horlicks and make it flavoured3. Dont expect visible results early. Do your work and you will gain it soon.

I've been using this micellar casein for a few weeks, and I can already feel the difference in my recovery. I take it before bed, and I wake up feeling refreshed with no muscle soreness. The slow absorption helps in overnight muscle repair. Highly recommended for anyone serious about fitness.

Its my fault that I didn't read through completely, while comparing the entire thing, I just made this purchase without realizing it.Unflavored tastes terrible. Like seriously, I don't know how people even consume this stuff.And if you are trying to avoid carbs and sugars, making it better is quite a challenge. I finally kinda settled on having Horlicks lite combined with the protein.That said, the product does what it says, the brand is trustable and offers a good price for good protein. Casein is harder to get than whey, so I can't complain too much about the product. Go for it, as long as you don't intend on drinking it directly.

Exactly as expected, micellar casein. The ziplock might get stuck in the beginning because of the very fine powder. It's flavorless which means it can be taken with anything. Blends best with milkshake. It's slow digesting so it doesn't need additives like digezyme, it's digested and absorbed very smoothly. It's cheaper than whey protein too. Found it quite effective.

Asitis is one of the few companies supplying casein product in India.Testing - no informed choice testing, but product carries the GMP seal.Flavor - tastes kinda like baby milk powder without the sweetness.Mix ability - mixes well in a shaker.Foam - post mixing in shaker, there is some foam formation. This is similar to the foam you get on cold coffee. It did NOT taste like detergent.Texture - the powder is very fine and gets stuck to spoons or scoops and fingers.Digestion - if you aren't used to casein, it can upset your stomach, but not much. As you use it regularly, you shouldn't have any problems.Odor - no odor.

This should not be taken like the regular whey, where you just put it in the shaker and shake vigorously. That creates froth and anyways the taste is bland.The best way I found it is - Take 10g of Bournvita (20 if you like it sweet), one scoop of Casein, some warm water and stir it for a min.Bournvita credit to some one else whose review helped me.
