Yes, this player has bookmarks, but the way they function is fantastically stupid: you can place up to 10 bookmarks PER FILE. But not per sub-directory. So if you files are like 001.mp3 002.mp3... ... 260.mp3 you would have to first remember which file you stopped on, then access it, and only then go to bookmarks. I cannot imagine a dumber system.Furthermore, the files are ranked by some kind of silly system which is not the name. So chances are that you will begin with file, say, 031.mp3 then go to 004.mp3 and then more such random jumps.The built quality, however, is very good. The unit does not have a touchscreen, and I like that, but you might not. The sound is decent too. All in all, a pretty good and rather cheap music player but, alas, almost useless for audiobook listening.

I use it to play music through my Bluetooth earpiece at work. The sound levels are perfect for people who don't want to burst their eardrums and it's also acceptable for those who do. Looks just like the picture and operates as described. Don't forget to purchase an SD card for more storage if you have an extensive music library.

Nice mp3 player, especially considering the low price, but I can't get it to play video. It will only play video in amv format and I can't get a converter to properly convert my video to that format. That's okay with me though, because I only wanted it for music anyway so I'm still happy with the purchase.

This is a great MP3 player for its purposes. Now, it is FAR from being quick to respond on the buttons, and NOWHERE close to the user friendly of an iPhone or iPod. I recommend this to anyone who simply wants a decent quality music listening device that holds a lot of music, but is very cheap.

I purchased this for my son to listen to music during practice and workouts. He loves it! The battery lasts for 2 day or more and theres plenty of space for all of his playlists. Its heavier tham other mpr players we've had in the past which is a good thing because he can feel if he drops it and always notices if if accidentally leaves it behind. His favorite feature is that its compatible with bluetooth headphones and he likes that he can play the music on speaker for his friends to listen as well.

Software is okay (can be a bit slow). Will not play 24bit flac files, which I wasn’t expecting. BT is hit/miss too.

Had to download drivers to get it recognize the player. Very slow transfer rate. Will not connect with my wireless beat headphones .Unclear advertising about the 128 gig card

The MP3 player works...BUT: 1. the screen interface is obtuse! 2. the screen resolution is bad and finally 3. the BlueTooth will not work in my modern GM Buick vehicle - every other BlueTooth device I have - including my WIndows Mobile device - works fine. So this is an issue with the MP3 player. Fix it, and the screen resolution and interface - and you would have an unbeatable value.
