Lid was broken when received..placed replacement request but the delivery guy was not trained for the situation and did not take it back and rejected :( unsure if it’s gonna get replaced

Bad Part - I have ordered a clay bowl that is suitable for cooking. I have received a product that doesn't match the make and model advertised and as the base is, I do not think we can use this for cooking.Good Part - The packaging is very good indeed and the product i received is good, no chip offs and sturdy in the make. I would be happy to receive it if i ordered it. Appreciate the though and efforts of teams like your in making eco friendly products easily available. Please send me the right product at the earliest.
