TruffleHunter - Preserved Whole Black Truffles - 30g

This is a great product, really tasty! It’s not the same texture as a regular truffle, it’s more crumbly, but that doesn’t bother me as it’s so convenient. It’s excellent value for money and has plenty of flavour, I’ve bought it before and I’ll buy it again.

Got for present for a truffle lover.She was delighted. The truffles are small and shelf life isn't as long as I hoped, considering they are preserved. Hence only a four star.But they have been used and on the whole they were good and a different present to gift amature cooks.

The ingredient list on the product does not match with the advert. The item contains "truffle flavour" which is not stated within the advert itself, anything that requires truffle flavouring is not a quality truffle.This is an obvious case of false advertising and due to it being a food item, I am apparently unable to return it.I tried ages to find a truffle product that dosn't contain any artifical mess for the purpose of training a dog, so I'm disappointed this was not the one. Even more disappointed that I can't get my money back, so in short, lied to and scammed. I will be taking this up with amazon.

Good size truffles, easy to grate, taste wonderful

Good value. Nice sized truffles. I grate them on my scrambled eggs.

Packaging excellent, flavour was very light, barely a taste of truffle from two people familiar with the taste, a tad disappointed as it was barely noticeable and cost a lot. I am happy to pay for what I want, unfortunately this did not reach the mark. Perhaps being natural it is a possibility but need guarantee at this pice.
