Another must have in your library

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success is one of those rare books that delivers deep, transformative wisdom in a simple, digestible way. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it ended up being exactly what I needed. Each of the seven laws is beautifully explained, blending spiritual insight with practical advice you can actually apply to everyday life. It's not about working harder—it's about aligning with natural laws and flowing with life rather than forcing things. That shift in perspective alone has been incredibly powerful for me.I’ve gone back and reread it multiple times, and I get something new out of it with each read. It's short, gentle, and grounding—perfect for morning reflections or whenever you need a reminder to slow down and reconnect with what matters.Highly recommend to anyone looking for clarity, peace, and a more meaningful approach to success.

Simple and Effective

Dr. Deepak Chopra has put very basic and essential lessons for life. I completed reading in one sitting. I intend to read many more times to make the teachings of this book to be second nature of me. I appreciate Dr. Chopra’s ability to put things simply but effectively.

Delight in finding the "Self."

I like the feel of this book. I mean the actual texture and size of it. This is the kind of book that sits on my cocktail table. But I do have more serious things to say. I confess that I've never been successful at attempts to meditate, which left me feeling that maybe I couldn't accomplish any of the rest of it. Reading on, however, I found myself thinking two sort of contradictory thoughts. (1) I've been there, done and do this. (2) I think for anyone to get the full measure out of this presentation it should follow thorough reading of his other works (which, I confess, I haven't done.)As for point number one, my major occupation for many years was in teaching psychology, primarily theories of personality and social psych. Reading this, I felt like I was right back home with Abe Maslow and, even more, Karl Jung, with "Self" even spelled with a capital "S." I'm happy being there. I liked the book and its guidance. The book is full of so many things I'd like to quote. I'll settle for this on page 11. "When we experience the power of the Self, there is an absence of fear; there is no compulsion to control; and no struggle for approval or external power." Which leads me to my next point.Compelling for me is the resonance with my other career, individual psychotherapy. The content reflects my goals for me and for my clients, and our frequent successes in working toward them. Actually, it won't sit on my cocktail table, but rather in my window seat where I keep materials I lend out when it seems appropriate. Or maybe it should go to my daughter who has found her Self in yoga.I'd like to propose this as a work to be studied in my discussion group of six rather non-traditional Lutheran women striving to understand our individual faith journeys. I know we'd have a ball with it. I don't think the church would erupt in fiery explosion if we were to focus on this Buddhist based work, and it lends itself so beautifully to "working through."I'm holding back on the fifth star only because I think the book needs previous experience on the part of the reader to get the full measure from it.

New Perspective

This book has been so enlightening and has given me a new perspective of life. I know that sounds cliche but it’s true. I feel this will be a book to read over and over again to let it really sink in and start applying its principles. If you’re stuck in a place in life that seems unmanageable or you don’t feel you are where you want to be in life, let this book help you discover a new perspective and change your life.

Wow

So good, everyone should read this book. Everyone should practice these laws. I read this book before and have used some of the principles. I am embarrassed to say that I forgot a lot of it.
