めちゃくちゃ分厚い！！でも程よく硬く弾力があるため膝立ちしてもめり込みすぎて膝痛い！とはならずにいい具合の硬さで使いやすい！なかにはほんと柔らかすぎていや、これもう膝床についてんじゃん...ってなるものもあるので笑あも、他の製品に比べて滑りづらさはあるなのかなと。若干は滑りますけど。許容範囲です！よくダウンドックをするのですが、手が前に滑ってマットが伸びるということもなかったです。

とにかく、使い心地がいい！でも、もう傷が入ってしまい、へこんでます。フワフワしてて、フローリングだけど膝が痛くない。オススメです。
