I was skeptical, but gave it a try. I recently did lipo, but my stomach still had a pop belly look to it. I'm entering into perimenopause so this supplement intrigued me. I've not noticed any ill side effects, as long as I take it with a meal. The capsule is easy to swallow. There is a slight unpleasant smell to them, and due to the smell it makes it feel like there's a flavor to them, too. I don't believe there is an actual taste, as when I hold my breath to remove from the bottle I don't notice a flavor at all once consuming it. Do these work? Several other reviewers claim it does. Did it work for me? I haven't noticed anything yet, but that doesn't mean it isn't doing anything (it's only been a month).

I have not been able to workout due to a disability from the military compounded by a broken foot . I was putting back in weight that I had recently lost, especially in my mid-section. I started taking Activate with Horbaach Multi Collagen Protein. I have only been doing this a month. My underwear that had started getting too small is now sliding off me.This means that I am even smaller now. I have not even been dieting. I ate peach cobbler with ice cream for breakfast this morning and it is not the first time. I love bacon and popcorn with lots of butter.

I ordered this and it arrived today. My first thought was why such a large little for so little? Seems really wasteful.However there is no smell from the bottle or capsule.I’ll update on the product after taking for a while

Been taking hello burn activate for about a month now. This along with increasing my workout routine, I have began to notice a subtle change, jeans that were very snug have now become a bit more comfortable.I love how it’s just one capsule a day and not three at every meal. This makes it very easy to remember to take it. I think this is a great value and I will continue on it hoping to progress more.
