EFFECTIVE! I have moderate sever allergies to grasses and several trees. At the first sign, I take the standard 20 drops and typically have NO SYMPTOMS after about 20-30 SECONDS! Be aware that it is herbal and so has a very "medicinal" taste to it. Bit not objectionable.
