Ideal for taping. The white tape protects the skin. The brown provides the tension

It can come loose so apply some kinesio tape over the ends and you're good to go. Be careful if you're allergic to latex as it's one of the ingredients

Much better
Having the under tape, then the stronger tape works much better than the normal single tape which I found didn’t stick well to the skin. This is much better and quite easy to apply once you get used to it.

Unobtrusive and effective. My go to for long walks to protect old knees. Have even used the white under tape to secure a cotton wool pad to protect a burn wound.
