Terrible. Not as pictured.
This arrived completely squashed in a vacuum-sealed bag. More than 24 hours after being out of the bag, it is still in the same squashed condition and has not expanded to form and doesn't stay to form when I try to manually manipulate it. It's also different than the product pictures in that the bottom is a cheap thin black fabric. It is quite soft, so it's a shame it didn't work. out. The one I received was also smaller than pictured.

It came all smashed and misshapen...how am I supposed to use this?! It is a disaster!

Great Help for Small Rescue Dog
My niece's elderly puppy mill breeder rescue dog was terrified of everything and spent her time looking for places to hide when she first arrived. This bed provided her with a safe and comfortable retreat while she was still learning to trust people not to hurt her. She still uses it when she feels overwhelmed. What a lovely option for a fearful small dog.

Piece of crap!
This was shrink wrapped and unfolded into a pathetic thin mess, nothing at all like what was pictured or described. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your money.

Mishapen! Wont hold shape
Disappointed! Came all misshapen in a shrinkwraped package and I cant get it to shape correctly.

Great Bed for Sphynx!
My Sphynx LOVES this bed! It's cozy and warm and as the weather gets chillier, he loves to nest in this in front of the fireplace. If he gets too warm, he slithers out like a slug. Best cat bed for hair mutants EVER!

Old version was more plush and thicker, and kept its shape well. New version is flimsy and not as plush. This bed is also impossible to clean- you can’t really put it in the wash. You can take off the bed insert cover, but that’s it. We tried washing the bed insertnonce because it wa super stinky, and the whole thing disintegrated in the wash, just an FYI. But, even though new bed is not as sturdy, dogs still love them. Yes- my chihuahuas are obsessed with this bed.

Perfect kitty fort!
Hamburger for the Win! While I don't think it really looks like a hamburger... Our kitty loves it! He's the type of cat who likes to burrow under the covers, and in between blankets on the couch... So this is a WIN for him! He loves it. It came in a plastic film that distorted the shape, but the longer it's been unpacked, the more it looks like the photos. It's made of a soft material- boh the cushion and the lid detach.
