I'm not a serious athlete but I take my workouts and running seriously. I'm training for the Chicago Marathon and my knee has been hurting a little. My physical therapist applied kinesiology tape to my knee and charged me $30. I saw exactly how she did it, bought this tape and applied it myself. The adhesive stays on even in the shower. Easy to use. I can determine the length of the tape on my own. No weird smells. It does have a tendency to hold onto lint and dog hair but that is easily remedied.

It came exactly as described love that it came with scissors i cut a piece and it works like magic i suggest you look up how to use it for the body part you want to use it on the tape is sticky but not enough to hurt when you peel it off it also can be reapplied but looses some of its tackiness i do recommend this purchase well worth the price I rely heavily on reviews from others when purchasing items online so I try to be as thorough and honest in giving my opinion as possible. Best Kinesiology Tape I have used and I have been using and tried many of them all for past 2 years. The tapes stick the best, the pre-cut tapes save valuable time and prevent waste from inefficient cuts. At 1/3 the price of the competition, this is the best value for the price I have found.

A great find at a great value! My teen daughter is a martial artist and a dancer, and is prone to injury. The brand version is stiff and uncomfortable for her to wear during work-outs, but with this kinesiology tape she found there were moments she forgot she had it on! Comfortable to wear and very supportive. This tape is not pre-cut, which is great for wrap-arounds (oh, and scissors are included!). My daughter even showered with it, and the adhesion stayed put (which must mean this tape can power through the most intense of work-outs). Also, this buy includes two rolls, making it an excellent value. My daughter is very happy with this tape, and I will definitely buy again.

I love this A.K.T so much better than the old school wrapping, My sister broke or toes, went to the hospital snd they only gave her was a boot, and no wrapping, so I used the tape, wrapped it, now she's been able to walk on it, it looks better, the swelling has gone down and looks like it is healing allot faster....thank you aollop..

I got this tape for my mom because your shoulder always pops out of place. She's been using it the past couple days and it hasn't been hurting her as bad. She really enjoys it. She also thought the scissors were cool. As any tape probably would she says it can get a little Annoying having it up there but it beats having the pain of the shoulder popping out.

I bought this after a recommendation from a chiropractor for a long time injury to my best friends left shoulder. The chiropractor suggested we place the tape along the top of the shoulder and right under the shoulder blade. My best friend actually saw a great deal of relief from the tape. The adhesive was very strong and we were delighted to find a small pair of collapsible scissors in the box so that its easy to Apply the tape as the scissors can be kept with the tape! I actually had a problem with a damage during shipment and the seller was quick to send me a replacement and an absolute pleasure to work with!
