Looks nice! App based keyless management is super convenient! The mechanical moving pieces don’t seem to be the smoothest or rugged as with traditional copper locks, but that’s fine given the 3 year warranty coverage. The doorbell connect feature is very useful as you can see who is at the door sitting in a room inside via a photo that the locks clicks and sends to your app as a push notification just as they ring your doorbell. So far so good. Note that the thickness of my door in the photo below is 4 cms.

Good Product!!!!
The Urban Company did a great job! The lock is really secure, and they installed it right away. I'm giving them five stars based on my first impression of the lock and the service so far.

Very good but missing one thing
Good product, good serviceOne thing to add is that visitor timed access is only openable with PIN code and not fingerprint. My suggestion to UC is to please add fingerprint access for time restricted entries

Best digital lock with good fitting assistance
Khurshid did a very good job of doing the fitting of digital lock. Pune location. He was also very gentle and was good in doing his job.

Great Product.
The product is very nice and functional. Though a few more software related functions are required1. Live notifications of lock unlock2. Remote locking function. Customisable timed Door Ajar warning.3. Give time limited access to visitors with biometric access rather than just the code.4. Ability to see live camera when ever one wants.5. Check current status of lock whether it's locked, unlocked or if all bolts engaged.6. Temporarily disable a user7. A delivery function to recieve deliveries while away... Where you know the door was closed within a time period and see the cam throughout this timeAm hoping urban company implements these functions soon on this lock through a firmware upgrade... Waiting for this. Even without these features the product is nice , but it's firmware upgrades will make it wonderful.
