Delivery & Installation : Got delivered quickly as usual by Amazon Prime & installed Next day .No hassles HereInstallation Service : Installation guy was competent & professional enough but his company charged me Extra Rs 300 because i brought my own outdoor unit stand .So be Aware they can rip u by charging extra .No receipt provided for installation Service either.They charge Rs 850 for their own stand . In local market u can get stand @Rs 450-500 max. Also I bought V-Guard VG 400 Stabilizer for Rs 1700 from Amazon while in local market or service provider will charge you Rs.2500AC Looks & Build Quality : Looks are average but who needs Ms world in AC looks? Build Quality is fair. Digital display is there on Indoor panel.AC functions : AC is non noisy , cools faster. u can use it for upto 140 Sqft. as well. Standard Smart function are available on Remote . U can use AC as heater as well.Basically MITASHI is Mumbai based Indian company & they are importing ACs from somewhere (China?). Instruction Manual etc is all in simple English & simple to understand. Its a no frill budget AC with decent quality , Sidhi baat & No bakwas . So far satisfactory AC function. Time will tell how long it can sustain.Will keep updating.

Please be careful to purchase the AC of Mitashi. After 72 hour nobody is taking responsibility for installation. They are subcontract for installation who can not track their own technician. Numbers of customer are waiting for installer. There are no local person to take responsibility in Ahmedabad Gujarat.

Awesome performance.. felt like have purchased 1.5ton capacity Air conditioner.. very good product.. only issue with installation work.. if company assigning installation to third party person then why company is claiming that warranty will be liable only if we opt installation from them only.

DONT BUY unless u want to repent later. Ac stopped working next day after installation.Service center did not attend call for 4 days.Amazon return date passed due to this.Service center guys have a nexus with local technicians, they wont give installation receipt and will esure gas leakage. On putting the complaint, the service center said that gas filling will be charged as you have done local installation. PATHETIC AND SICK. Thank you for registering your call at Mitashi. We have been cheated by Mitashi installation team, for the removal of old AC instead of charging us 750 they charged us 1500, installation staff was very rude they did not even given us the bill of the removal work, now I'm finding it difficult to claim the money without the bill, worst service ever, product is good, I would recommend to go for oustside installation..

Guys please believe me do not for Mitashi products on Amazon..i m saying this because i like both brands and i don't want anyone letting their standards down.actual problem is with local dealers assigned by these brands like in my case one of the pathetic guy i came to know in my life is assigned by Mitashi for installation of AC..its in Bareilly.U.P. He is just making his own policies everyday and the i can't even say about the attitude he is coming with responses. Now i m just going to make sure he stands in a wooden box of a court whether on behalf of Mitashi or his own firm...All the best guys for your selection..

purchsed the product in lightening deal offer at 20,099 rupees...but after installing, the indoor unit was leaking heavily...complete has leaked out with. noise..... returned the product...very disappointed

Very Quick delivery by Amazon, but AC was having water leakage from indoor unit. Registered complaint with Mitashi Customer care but even after 10 days no response. They Closed the case without solving the issue. Now I'm not able to return the product as well. Very poor service from Mitashi Service center Chennai. I have went & filled complaint in Consumer Court.
