Very good technology and user friendly.

I use 2 heaped teaspoons of coffee to get 500 ml of piping hot strong coffee in under 5 minutes. Filters and the steel jug are easy to clean. Very happy with performance.The jug handle - on the right hand side bottom end is not finished properly. The chromed part is not seated into the black plastic handle fully and has a rough edge. Could have been attended to. Other than that - very good product for coffee lovers.After using the product for a few weeks, I have to dd the following:1. Decoction quality and time - no complaint what-so-ever. Am enjoying the flavour and strength of the decoction.2. The polished heater plate gets scratched. No sure it it is metal or plastic or mirrored glass. Either way, scratches should not form. I have a scratched ring on the plate.3. It could be on account of the filter having a flat base (other coffee makers have a conical filter), quite often, the decoction tends to collect and form a pool on the net of the 2nd filter (the larger one) One has to tilt the filter this way and that for all the decoction to drain out.

Good quality and reliable coffee maker. Fast brewing. Does it's job perfectly

I have been using this same coffee maker for definitely a decade now and this was the first time the unit gave out not because of electrical failure but because of the wear and tear of one of the parts. So I buy this coffe maker for my daily filter coffee fix with complete confidence that I will continue to do so for the next decade and more. Kudos to the company for an excellent product and thank you to Amazon to making it available to me directly to my home this time around.

Am a coffee lover and have Been using this brand over 2decades.Bit disappointed on my Recent purchase experience.Firstly, product was delivered fast but it didn’t have the cover of the water reservoir.Reported a replacement of the entire set through Amazon.Amazon kept saying they have arranged for pickup. Unfortunately there was no response from neither Amazon nor the seller.Not knowing what to do, I was left with no choice but to use with a workaround myself.

I bought this coffee maker for my parents because they were very much interested in drinking filter coffee. First impressions, this coffee maker makes really good and strong decoction. The max quantity of decoction is 500 ml. It has two filter, one for small amounts of coffee. Another for big amounts of coffee. I used both and found them useful. The lid that closes the water is tacky and doesn't close well. Overall, this is a very nice product and it is recommended for all those who intend to prepare south indian coffee decoction.
