Nice company to manage the spare parts/ accessories
It is good machine and robot to depend for the cleaning.Even I did not find spare parts in Amazon but the company staff contacted me to ask their review and my feedback.Once they knew I am unable to find , they have managed free parts and delivery for me.I advice all to use this machine and this supplier

Don’t rely on the app
Worked great for 24 hours, then would not connect to the network, meaning that the app functionality was useless. Hopefully the replacement will work better.

قمت بأعادة المنتج لأن الروبوت لم يقم بتخطيط المنزل رغم المحاولة 3 مرات ففي كل مرة يحذف الخريطة ونضطر للبدء من جديد .

Washing pads stink due to bacteria
I own a Deebot Omni for over a year now.After a while, the washing pads became a colony of bacteria (because of hot water clean function which is a perfect environment for bacteria). The whole house now stinks terribly whenever Deebot starts cleaning and drying the pads. There is nothing you can do unless you change the pads. Cleaning solution does not help. I heard adding a bit of bleach may help but Deebot must find a better way to fix this.

Ecovacs Deebot really a big helper
I've run the vacuum robot three times in two days. I am amazed at what a great job it did! 6500 Pa Vacuum and mop in one makes keeping my home clean much easier . the best part is that I do not need to do any thing , Once you get it set up and it learns the patterns for each room
