This knife set is *chef’s kiss*. The knives come SHARP. The built-in sharpener keeps them that way! The paring knife is amazing for fruit and I love that it comes with a Santoku knife AND a chef’s knife. The wood is gorgeous and has a great finish on it. And yes, it’s REAL wood. Would purchase again.

Soo far they are still very sharp and it’s been a month and my mom cooks a lot soo we love them and they are a good price for a very well quality! Totally recommend!

These are very well constructed knives. They are weighted perfectly and feel great in the hand, the variety of blade sizes fits most all personal cooking needs. The wood block is pleasing to see on the counter and well constructed. These blades are extremely sharp! Be careful handling/cutting with them. Twice I have sliced a thin piece of skin off a finger...so thin there was no blood! I can not speak of how they handle being in a dishwasher as I hand wash them and put them away immediately into their block to protect them.

Really nice set, love the handle shape specifically. Knives are sharp and of good quality, but the handle on one of the knives seems to have the smooth finish come off only after one use and cleaning. The handle did get grease on it from dinner and I hand washed with a very mild detergent, and it seems the smooth finish has washed away (is a little rough to the touch) and the color has lightened. The other handles I've been careful not to do anything but wipe with water, but that is certainly not ideal cleaning procedure. Glad I caught it on one little knife first.
