Excellent, with a very handy user manual with various pictures and diagrams depicting and describing various hand muscles and how to exercise them. Still, I wish every item came in pairs.

Made me realise how weak my hands were when doing the opposite to gripping something, I think these will definitely help in strengthening muscles which you might not use that often in your hands.

Had a set of resistance bands from Fitbeast from lockdown which are still going strong. These appear to be same quality. I bought them for extensor exercises as I have an imbalance. Very pleased with them and a very detailed leaflet with good illustrations of exercises and muscles. Comes in a handy box and also a bag. Reasonable range of resistances, but would have been better with at least one lighter resistance band
