This is a great product for removing green film from paths, patio slabs, walls or roofs. I use a dedicated watering can with a spray head for application or a knapsack sprayer (which is the most cost effective way of application). Be careful if you are going to use on a roof as the product makes surfaces extremely slippy. Overall, a great product and buying in bulk is useful and cost effective - the product doesn't 'go off', so no downside to keeping in the garage for a while.

Second purchased of patio magic. Arrived in a sturdy box so product plastic bottles were secured. I live in the countryside and so have lots of animals droppings and moss, my patio was black and many shades of green and now I can see the true colour of the patio slabs and bricks. It’s amazing, so easy to use, I just mixed with water and spray and leave it to work, it got cleaner everyday. I don’t have to battle with the jet washer this year. I am a fan of this product.

This stuff really is magic. Spray and leave. I've been using and recommending it for some time now. A couple of years ago I sprayed some on my roof tiles. It cleared the moss and I can still tell where from.

Fantastic results as long as you follow the instructions. I applied at 3 to 1 as moss and algae was extremely bad. Scrape the moss out of the joints in the block paving and apply the solution when bone dry.It prevented re-growth of moss and algae and also killed the weeds.It lasted for months.

Clears algae but would recommend using at 4:1 mix as any increase in dilution appears too weak in my experience. Good productm
