Q: Are these made from fermented yeast or geraniol?

Carlson’s Vitamin K2 MK4 is synthetic and one of the started materials is geraniol. It is not made via yeast fermentation.

Q: How many iu of k2 is in 5mg? most k2 is dosed around 100mcg max. i am supposed to be taking 5000iu daily.

Could you maybe be mistaking the 5000iu for D3 instead of K2? Actually 200mcg is for K2 Mk7 and Mk4, well, I use MK7 but have read a study from Japan where they use up to 45mg 3x a day but that's more than the average.
