This walking pad is exactly what I was looking for. It provided many different speeds for various workouts which keeps me motivated even on the tired days. The walking pad was the right length and width for me with even a little extra space. I am 5'5" and it was great for me. The manual incline was great for the days I need a little extra push. The handle goes up and down with ease and locks into place. This treadmill is light, easy to move, and stores nicely behind my couch. It's a quiet machine and doesn't disrupt the rest of the family. The remote control paired easily and is easy to use. I highly recommend this product.

This product is exactly as shown. It works great and takes up very little space. It's very easy to move around and yet with the size, I feel very comfortable walking on it. Very good quality for the money.

I like the treadmill. It's very quiet. It's great for walkers, and goes fast enough for jogging/running. Easy to use. Very easy to assemble. I've used only a few times so far. The app works great. I'd give 5 stars if it had HR sensor and auto incline. I don't like the manual incline feature; I don't think the screws are long enough or strong enough. Overall I feel it's a good value.

Use it every day. It's been a life savor during the cold months and rainy days. Haven't seen the sun much, but I can still get my workouts in.Easy to set up. Fits comfortably next to the couch. It's pretty quiet too. Not quiet enough to listen to a TV show, but throw some earbuds in and you're set

This treadmill has been a great addition to my standing desk set up. It's sturdy enough to feel secure (I weigh 200lbs), yet light enough to easily move to the side when I'd prefer to sit. I was worried about not getting a running treadmill, however the max speed (4 mph) on the lowest incline was plenty.I did have a piece that was improperly installed. Customer support was prompt in their response and offered a detailed solution as well as compensation for my inconvenience.So far the product is great and the support has been exceptional.

SECOND UPDATE:I never received my refund and the customer service representative I was emailing with completely ghosted me. His email account seems to be canceled as my emails are not going through. He was quite aggressive at getting me to change my star rating to 5 stars. Initially he offered me about a 25% refund which I accepted and gave 4 stars. Then he offered about 80% refund and that I felt comfortable giving 5 stars just for the customer service and the fact that they remedied the situation while allowing me to keep the product. But as soon as I sent confirmation of the 5 star review, he deactivated his email account and never sent the money over. So I'm gunna go ahead and say- avoid buying this product at all costs !UPDATE:The company has reached out to me and a manager has offered an almost full refund and apologies while allowing me to keep the product. It appears to have been a factory error that resulted in the measurements of my product being smaller than advertised and I really didn't want to bother with re-packaging and shipping it back for a full refund so I accepted.I'm very happy with this solution- if nothing else, their customer service is stellar.Original review:The width is advertised as 22.4 inches but it's actually 19 inches. The advertised length is 52.8 inches but it's actually a 47 inches (I forgot to take a picture of that but I'll edit to add it once I'm home. Edit: it's been added).It's 5 inches shorter and 3 inches more narrow than advertised! I'm only 5'2" and when I speed walk on it I feel my foot slip a little on the back edge. Running isn't a problem as my foot lifts off the belt much sooner than when im speed walking, but I'm sure someone taller than my would fall off if they take long strides.It's also not too narrow for me to use but it will be for my husband. I selected this product based on the description to ensure what I buy would be useful for both of us and the measurements are so off that I dont think he will be able to use it safely.Im a very reasonable person- this product arrived several days late and I didn't complain about that even though that meant it would arrive when we were away on vacation and would have to sit outside for days before we got back home. But I can't accept the measurement discrepancy.I'm not sure if there was an error and we were sent an incorrect model or if the seller is straight lying but this is upsetting and now I'll have to deal with re-packaging it and somehow transporting it to a UPS store to return it.

Treadmill arrived in good shape as it was packaged very well. My wife was looking for something that would not take up a lot of space in the bedroom but yet be very functional. It was very easy to set up. Initial lubrication of the belt is a little tricky because it's hard to reach in underneath the belt, but not impossible. Treadmill runs nice and smooth and is also very quiet.The only drawback is that the framework leans slightly forward and is too far forward to use as a handhold while walking (we're in our seventies). To remedy this situation I added a couple handholds (see photo). The handholds are made of 1-1/8" diameter wooden closet rod and extend back 9". Now she can walk with confidence. The handholds are not so long that they interfere getting on or off the treadmill.Another requirement was for the treadmill to be easily stored over summer. Because it's only 5" high when the bar is folded down, it easily stores underneath the bed.Highly recommend.
