Loving it!
This is the first dedicated ereader I've bought and I love it! As a voracious reader, I started only using ebooks because my place was small. I used the Kindle app on my phone and tablet. I didn't think an ereader was needed. With Amazon changing its policy on ebooks, I really didn't want to have much to do with Kindle.I bought the Kobo Libra Colour. It arrived last Tuesday. I liked the buttons that change pages, but what sold me was the stylus. I wanted to write in the notes section to keep a journal.I found out I love having a dedicated ereader! My phone and tablet always sent me notifications interrupting my reading. I'd stop reading to answer the notifications. I don't do that with the Kobo.I love the e-ink! It's easy to read. I love the screen. You can easily adjust the brightness, the colors are beautiful and easy on the eyes. I like the size; I always thought my 8 inch tablet was the perfect size for reading books, but this is better. Plus, it fits easily in either hand. It seems durable; the buttons work great as does the pen I bought I got a Metapen for half the price.Although I haven't had it a full week, I'm keeping it and will recommend it to anyone!

Best and favorite purchase ever!
I’m newer to the e reader world. I got the kindle scribe but just didn’t use it because it’s too big and heavy to bring with me and read where I want to read. This little kobo changed my whole world! I love it so so much. My love of reading has been revived because of this thing. The color is cool and looks very nice. The weight is nice and light, even with a case on it. Fits in so many bags and purses, so it comes everywhere with me. I definitely recommend at least trying it out if you’re looking for an e reader!

Nice e-reader but OverDrive software could use some updates.
I like this e-reader. What I like...1) Lightweight2) Has a nice color screen.3) The buttons make it comfortable to use with one hand.4) The form factor is comfortable to hold. The only thing I want to see improved is the OverDrive functions, which should be enhanced to match the capabilities of the Libby app on a phone or tablet. The Library ebooks work great, but you cannot listen to library audiobooks with the Kobo e-reader. Additionally, I am unsure why you cannot borrow library magazines through OverDrive on the Kobo. I use this functionality on my phone with the Libby app to read magazines. In the long run, I recommend this Kobo reader for its comfortable design, but it needs some Overdrive fixes.

Very nice ereader!
So far I've really enjoyed this e reader! I have seen a few reviews mention that the screen isn't as nice as a regular black and white reader, which I can see that being true, but since I do not own and haven't ever used a b/w reader, that's not a problem for me personally. It does sort of have a hazy look to it, and the colors are muted when you do look at stuff in color, but it's not a problem for me personally. However, if you're looking for a more smooth look, I do hear b/w are better.Just be aware, if you try to load your own books onto it, it may end up lagging and even freezing your device. I had to delete all the books I loaded on from my laptop because of that issue.Otherwise, I really haven't had any problems. I've enjoyed it a lot! Despite bring a physical book lover, this reader has really helped me read more, because I can lay in bed and not worry about shadows and poor lighting. I also love the blue light filter. But yes, again, look into a b/w one if you're not really planning to read much in color. I mainly got the color one so I could use the highlighter in different colors, since I'm using it for books for classes.Overall, I do recommend this product!

Nice eReader, works as expected, never really use it for color.
I love this ereader. I owned a Kindle ebook reader for years but wanted to try something new. I can't really say that one is necessarily better than the other but the quality of both the kindle and the kobo readers are great as far as I am concerned. If you are looking for something other than a kindle this is definitely a great choice. I don't really use the color aspect of it ever even though I bought it with every intention of using it for color media.

Perfect reader
I love my libra color. Love the page turning buttons that I didn't know I needed, but now that I have them I don't ever want to give them up. It auto rotates when I turn it which is very convenient for switching hands and positions. The color is nice. It's not like an iPad screen, it's a nice muted color. Love to see my covers in color. I love that I can download pdfs straight to my Google drive or Dropbox and put them on the libra. I love the colored highlighting feature. It's a perfect reader.
