Performed perfectly, sturdy, efficient, plenty of power, easy to use (for this 71 year-old!)
A++!I don't generally write reviews on Amazon, but I must say, I'm pretty darned pleased with how this electric rototiller performs. It was easy to set up out of the box, and runs like a champ.Today, I rototilled my small vegetable garden, a plot of about 35 feet x 20 feet in size, and this tiller did a great job of macerating the soil down to the 8" depth claimed in the product description. The unit seems solid and well-built, and although my soil had a lot of rocks in the 2" - 4" or even 6" size, it powered through the soil beautifully, leaving it very finely tilled. I did have one larger rock get stuck in the tines, and had to use a hammer to get it out. All of the other rocks I encountered were spit out by the tiller. Despite hitting numerous rocks (and I hate to say, even a buried brick, and a buried T-stake!) - the tiller performed perfectly and was undamaged by those objects. The twin handles worked well to provide easy control. Yes, the tiller could bounce a bit when encountering a very tough section of soil or one of those buried rocks or other objects, but was easily controlled. Much easier to use than a gas-tiller, and it had plenty of power, and never bogged down at all (except when the one rock got stuck in the tines).I highly recommend this tiller, and it is a great bargain!Photo included to show the size of my garden.

I bought it, hit a rock that had a geo in it now I’m rich
This thing will eat a small child if its nearby when its on. I used to have a cat. I haven’t seen him since I tilled my garden two days ago. I decided to till my walkway between my garden beds and BOOM Hit a rock. It cracked it open and had a geo inside. If you need to dig a grave in hurry this MF is for you. No more shallow graves for you sir. Those dogs can’t smell for how far this thing will dig. Need to hide a cache? Maybe some guns? This will do it. I had to be careful not to hit my gas lines that are 2 feet under ground. Once this thing grabs onto that dirt it’s like trying to break up a drunk girl fight. Hold on for dear life if you hit any thing hard will jump 2 feet into the air just like the tech deck you used to play with in school even though your mother told you not too, except you might a toe now because this a man’s tiller.

Works well and easy to use!
The Rototiller's performance surpassed our expectations. Our yard was uneven with many small junk trees growing. The tiller had power enough to chew through the hard ground and many of the roots near the surface. It is good sized for the space we needed to clear and level and was easy to use. The compact size and light weight made maneuvering near fences and close to cement and brick walkways doable.

Excellent tiller
Wasn’t sure what to expect for the price but was thoroughly impressed! Roto tilled up a 24x36 garden that was compacted dirt and had plenty of rocks up to 4” and this thing just would kick around a bit a tear them right up out of the ground! If you have better soil, it’ll be a breeze with this tiller

Highly Recommend
We spent a lot of time researching rototiller options and looking at reviews. We needed something for gardening and landscaping purposes and are very pleased with this purchase. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and digs well - especially to the 4-8" level. Although lightweight it is not cheaply made. So far, it has worked well on different types of soil surfaces. If tilling through grass, it does take a bit to get churn into the topsoil but once there it takes off. A+

This is a great machine for a reasonably-sized garden
I tried this out on an area that was mowed last summer, covered in cardboard and then horse manure for the winter. This machine worked like a charm and in a few minutes had deeply tilled a nice 10 X 10 area as a "test plot". There were no issues using a highly visible 12 gauge power cord (these are at Costco right now). Its great to just be able to plug it in and go without the issues of gasoline engines and safely storing lithium batteries. This machine will be all I need for tilling in last year's garden as well as breaking in new ground, provided it has had the cardboard and manure treatment (this is the nest way to deal with the grassy areas around Puget Sound). Its relatively easy to handle too and doesn't leave one feeling beaten up, unlike my former Italian-made BCS tiller that was always a bear to start and a workout to operate. Our garden area is about 40 X 25 and this tiller will easily handle this.

Works like a beast
I’m in San Antonio, TX with compact clay soil and lots of rocks in the yard. This tiller goes through everything without a struggle. So easy to put together. Although the guy who puts it together on the video, doesn’t have the wing nuts in the same direction as the picture on the box. This is my Best Buy so far for 2025. I’ve recommended it to friends. Totally worth owning this over renting.
