Couleur Nature Dish Towels, Cherry, Red Green, 20x30 Inches, Set of 3

I crochet dishcloths and like to pair them with a dishtowel as a hostess gift. Well, I have a great pattern for a cherry dishcloth and found this dishtowel to go with it. It is stunning. I bought three of them and have given them all away. Sob. I want one for myself. I was recently in France and since I am a dishtowel nut, I looked at plenty of them. The one I bought here exceeded the ones in Paris. Seriously.

Couleur Nature Fleurs - LOVELY. These just arrived and I am so happy I decided to purchase them. The pattern and subsequent colors are beautiful. Great towel- I will leave out to brighten up my kitchen. Very generous in size- you could use them as a table topper!

Love these Couleur Nature tea towels. I have to confess to a slight obsession. I have found myself collecting these in various colors (or should I say couleurs) and might need to join a TTA (teatowels anonymous) group How many would be too many? Not sure, but I want them all!In full disclosure I have a few of the Couleur Nature aprons and tablecloths too - and they are every bit as wonderful.These teatowels are large, very soft after washing the first time, come in great designs/colors and look lovely in my kitchen.My husband and son actually steer clear of them because they know that these are too special to wipe dirty fingers on. Should have purchased extra-special teatowels years ago for that reason alone!I will say that some of the patterns and colors are a tiny bit less bright in real life than on screen (at least on my screen, but please keep in mind that screen colors and brightness vary considerably) But that said, the colors and patterns of the Couleur Nature range (to my eye) are a bit more subtle, a tiny bit less vibrant but have more shades in real life, than they appear to have on my screen. However, I have been very happy with every pattern I have purchased, and I own about 10 patterns (across various items) to date.UPDATE: FADES A LOT REGARDLESS OF COLOR/DESIGN. sOME OF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN USED/WASHED MORE THAN OTHERS BUT ALL ARE FADING. POSTING A PHOTO TO SHOW A NEW UNWASHED TEATOWEL NEXT TO AN APRON THAT HAS BEEN WASHED MAYBE 5 TIMES MAXIMUM. VERY FADED AND DULL! UPDATING RATING FROM 5 STAR TO 2.

These extra large Tea Towels are very well made, with eye-catching designs that are true to the photograph that represents the product. I'm pretty particular about which type of dish towel I like having on the towel rack in our kitchen--my concern being strictly utilitarian, while my wife is particular about the look and design of the towel. I like a dish towel that leaves no lint and is fairly absorbent. For example, I prefer the thicker, plush towels to only be used for hands, and not dishes. The fabric of these tea towels is the thinner, tightly woven fabric that I prefer for drying dishes--but it combines that with an aesthetic design. I find this type of fabric doesn't leave lint like the plusher towels. But the absorbency is the trade off. I find only the waffle fabric (not these towels) best combines lint-free drying with absorbency. But even when damp, I still prefer these for drying. I also appreciate the extra large size of these towels. The one thing that holds me back from giving it 5 stars is that I wouldn't pay over $40 for 3 towels. Maybe $7 a piece for a good towel. But otherwise these are an attractive, functional addition to your kitchen. In washing them, we did not notice bleeding or loss of color, but you are advised to wash separately in case. Now go tackle that pile of dirty dishes!

big and beautiful. love these towels. they have a cloth loop one on edge that you can loop over a knob. makes it very convenient to use over and over.
