So you strap this onto yourself by securing a couple of velcro straps, it's all very intuitive and the velcro feels secure, you can make it really quite tight so it functions as a bit of a back brace as well providing pretty decent support while ensuring the heating part is pressed firmly against your back where you want it.Power is supplied by a removable power pack (like what you can charge phones with). It's surprisingly small and slim. It is USB-C in to charge (the pack comes with a USBA to USBC cable though it is very short) so it's easier if you have your own USB A to USB C cable and of course you'll need a plug as that isn't provided.The power pack charges fairly quickly up to the last of 4 charging indicator lights, it takes a bit longer to fill up the final light and become fully charged (I think this is a common thing that preserves the life of the battery). You slot it into a pouch on the belt and plug it in to a USB adaptor in that pouch to then provide power to the pad. The pad has three heat functions (low / med / high) and a few different vibrating massage patterns, you can control these both independently with easy presses of buttons on the pad and they illuminate with different colours so it's easy to tell which function you are on, you don't need to guess.I wanted strong heat so have only been using the "high" heat option and thankfully it delivers. It gets really quite hot against you, especially as the minutes tick on, any more would probably be a tad too much so really that is perfect!The vibration function is surprisingly strong. Since it shakes the pad off your back a little it has the effect of making it feel cooler, so is good if you are feeling it get a bit too warm but don't want to turn the heat down or take it off. I'm not sure that it provides any deep massage benefits since it's just vibrations but I've found if you put the vibrations on as you're about to do a movement that might cause some pain (like getting out of a chair) it seems to help lessen that pain.The battery seems to last a bit over an hour on the high heat setting (the instructions state 2.5 hrs but I suspect that is on the lowest heat). You need to tap it on every 30 mins as it auto-shut offs then which is a good idea. This is better battery length than I was expecting given the strength of the heat and is fine as after that length of time you should be taking a break from the heat anyway.Also if you have a long enough USBC charging cable to make it practical, you can charge it and use it at the same time while sitting near a plug if you really want to.Overall very happy with this, I have bought a few electric heat products before and they have usually turned out to be underwhelming but this really delivers and also feels like a high quality product so I'd say it is good value for the price. I just hope it lasts!

good quality product, Absolutely love that it is powered by power bank, so you aren't stuck to a wall. Also great props to this company for including a power bank, many others wouldn't. The heating and massage modes are great and help with my back pain, and it's easy to use with just 2 buttons. It is very adjustable so it can fit anyone, and even comes with an extender if it doesn't fit you. I can move around in it perfectly. 10/10 I would buy from this company again.

I would say it's well worth the money if you are suffering from lower back pain. It heats up quickly, the massage feature is great and combined it has really helped alviate my pain. I'm very slim( 28" waist) so was worried it would be too big for my waist but the velcro straps adjust really well. Lots of my work mates tried it with different size waists and it fit all of them. The massage feature does create a bit of noise, it's a bit like a washing machine on a spin cycle but no where near that loud. Nothing to put me off buying it. My only criticism would be this comes with a 5000mAh powerbank.its great you get that with it with it, but if you want to put it on high heat and high vibration it probably wouldn't more than 2 hours. I bought a 20000mAh powerbank to use with it and it just battered the battery.

Bought this after my physiotherapist recommended heat treatment for back pain, muscle spasms and mobility issues. This belt has 3 levels of heat and is very effective. A small coloured LED button on the controller denotes what temperature setting has been selected. Green-low, Blue-medium and Red-high The top setting is definitely hot but no so uncomfortable that would prevent it from being worn (But it must be worn over at least one layer of clothing) . Alongside the heating elements there are 2 massage/vibrating units each providing 3 variations of massage. Again, a separate coloured led button denotes the level/intensity of the massagers. Both the heating elements and massagers work together or independently of each other. The belt is powered by a standard power bank which takes a couple of hours to fully charge with the supplied USB cable. The power bank can easily be removed from its pouch for ease of charging and apparently it also has the ability to provide a back up charge for a mobile phone or tablet. In use the belt switches off after 30 minutes and one full charge from the power back lasts (in my usage) for 4 cycles. The whole belt is held in place by a Velcro (hook and loop) strap and also has an extension strap for those who might need a bit of extra comfort. Finally there are 2 elastic adjusters to hold the belt in place.It’s a well thought out and engineered product that provides directed heat and massage therapy. It might not suit everyone but it’s been a brilliant purchase for me and I’d highly recommend this one.

Great for easing back pain and enabling continuing normal life. A bit bulky but worth a tad of inconvenience. Easy to fit and recharge but worth having an extra power-pack if away from home.

Great iteam I have a lower back pain but this belt does work well. The belt is very well made it heats up quickly and gets really hot on the highest temperature so we're it over a jumper or something thick.It's very comfortable the vibration is strong and does the job.The downside is the battery doesn't last many hours like 3 to 4hrs but all in all its great.
