This back price seems more heavy duty than most any other one I’ve ever had. I usually buy them at one of the pharmacies local to me, but I decided to order this one from Amazon. Modvel Is a company I trust because I have a couple of their knee braces already and I really like them.Just like their knee braces this back brace is high-quality. When I put it on, I pull it tight and it has Velcro to hold it up. Then there are a set of secondary straps that you pull around to tighten it up even more. It stays on all throughout the day and is comfortable.It has a removable pad in the back, which I just leave in there. It’s simply Velcros in and out.Another high-quality item from Modvel that I highly recommend

Decidí probar este soporte de espalda porque paso muchas horas sentado y a veces termino con molestias en la zona lumbar. El material es cómodo y no irrita la piel, incluso si lo llevo debajo de la ropa. Brinda un buen nivel de soporte sin sentirse demasiado rígido. Lo uso por períodos cortos durante el día y me ayuda a mantener una mejor postura. No es una solución médica, pero en mi experiencia personal ha sido útil como apoyo adicional. Me llegó en buen estado y dentro del tiempo

Great brace. Sturdy, well constructed, easy to use, should be very effective! HOWEVER, they sent me the wrong size and this item had been returned before! Bag was taped closed, not sealed and size on bag was marked Medium, but the brace is marked Large!!! I am 3 days away from taking a cruise and newly diagnosed with a pinched nerve of my back. I need the brace, but it is too BIG. I am able to tighten it enough, but it doubles over on itself and is too wide. Contacted seller through 2 different avenues, that they recommended, in writing, but no response in 2 days. I have to return it, but will not arrive in time and WHO KNOWS WHAT SIZE IT WILL BE! I am NOT a happy customer at all! Human error, not garment error!!!!

Lifesaver for my new job which requires quite a bit of lifting.

This review is a review of three different back braces, Modvel, Sparthos and Chanphy. For years I have been wearing a back brace, Mueller brand. I needed to replace it. It’s simply too big for me and I could not close it properly. Things got confusing because it appears Mueller only recently changed from having a one-size-fits-all belt to graduated sizes. Had I known this, I would have order a Mueller, either their small or medium size. I wear a 34-inch waist pants size, weigh about 162 pounds.I'm going to post this review with five stars on the Modvel sight, and one star on the Sparthos and Chanphy sights.To make a long story short, I took advantage of Amazon's free return policy and ordered three different brands, Modvel, Sparthos and Chanphy. They all are made the same way with three wrap-around Velcro closures. I do not believe, however, that the Sparthos and Chanphy brands have enough Velcro on the second to last strap. As a result, you can not close the Sparthos and Chanphy as tight as you can the Modvel. I've returned the Sparthos and Chanphy brands. They didn't close properly, at least on me, with a 34 inch paint size waist. I order 34 inch pants. My actually waist is closer to 33 inches.The Chanphy also had I believe unnecessary plastic buckles and unnecessary hard vertical stays. Maybe these stays are a good thing, but if they are, they do not make up for a lack of proper closure given the insufficent amount of Velcro on the wrap around strap.So if you wear a 34 inch waist paint size, my advice is to order the Modvel brand, their size, "regular." But next time around, I might give Mueller another look now that I know they have graduated sizes.

The knee compression of the pack was great! The back brace didn’t fit me at all so I threw it the trash because it was a regular size and I was unaware of this at the time of purchase. Outside of that I had found the first time a back brace of quality but the size was off. So this is why I gave it 3 star rating!

I absolutely loved this product. The cushioned back feels exceptionally great. Fit perfect.The item also came with a card that stated returns were thru the company and not Amazon. This belt is well designed and made, provides me comfort and support while I'm sitting or on the move.
