Great product, it survived harsh tropical rainstorms in Florida. Easy to assemble, install and remove. Great quality and look. I had to come back and review it because of how great a product it is and I know my fellow Realtors and certainly appreciate a quick purchase and go off to work!

Easy to put together and install in the yard. Makes your sale sign stand out more or look more professional .. and very easy to attach a flyer box to the upright post. Has been stable through wind and rain storms. Our only issue was the flimsy For Sale sign came off fairly quickly so we had to attach a more durable metal piece to the sign itself to keep it from ripping off the hangers. But since then its been great and no issues. Very worthwhile purchase.

So I used to be a real estate agent so at first I was worried all of these type of signs had some negative reviews. Well, the sign was great. Looks really professional and a couple of design pluses that really helped. First the spike is really long so I was worried about hitting a sprinkler or something so I didn't go all the way in but didn't have to because the design allows the pin to go up into the main beam so perfect. The sign was easy to put together and it has been sturdy. I was also worried it would look puny compared to regular real estate signs but that was not the case. I highly recommend.. BTW I used it with Sign2Web and I like that too.

I’ve never had these big signs and they are gorgeous, but much more challenging to get set up. Harder to keep upright for long periods. We had a very dry year but I could not get the stakes in the ground very far even using a 3 pound sledge. Easy set up, once the stake is in but that was a challenge for me.

Very easy to assemble and seems sturdy. Not only that looks sharp.Most likely will grab another.

Best black sign posts to match my branding and decently sturdy. The stakes for these ones are longer than most, be sure to bring a mallet to pound them in! Otherwise they look good and do the job.

It was easy to assemble. It’s also very durable. Only thing id one of the keys was missing from my box. Other than that it was a good purchase.
