I absolutely love this product! It;s super convenient, because with multi-vitamins, I have to make sure that i have eaten to avoid nausea. Not with Centrum Liquid! I take it first thing in the morning. I can really tell the difference if a miss a couple of days. It's a hard product to find, in retail stores, hence the reason I have missed a few days here and there. I only buy on Amazon, it's much cheaper than the retail stores AND it's always in stock! If you need a great multi vitamin , but have had issues with large pills, or nausea after taking, try this product. Tastes great and works very well.

I needed a 9mg iron supplement and this one was really hard to find.

I like how it 1) doesn’t make me nauseous 2) easy to swallow 3) easier to absorb into the body 4) not expensive. The only thing I would change is make the cap easier TO OPEN!!

My mother took Centrum Liquid and lived to be 91. I'm 70 and I've been taking it for years. I have no idea if it works or not,but at 70 I feel like I'm 45! I prefer a liquid vitamin over a pill. I have a lot of energy and I'm very healthy for my age.Also, at 70 I teach a one hour kickboxing class where most of the people are under 40. A lot of my friends my age are havingsevere health issues and don't take vitamins. You can mix it with juice and the taste is pretty good. I just had a checkup and mydoctor told me to keep taking vitamins and working out. It may not work for you, but it works for me. I plan on taking it for the restof my life.
