Ab disk exerciser/ Ab workout machine
10/10 but the blue plastic tray seems flimsy ..SO i padded it out with roofing rubber (as we are having our roof done at the moment..) now its perfect for my weight, 12St !!I highly recommend, it is less bulky then the "AbDo Loop Ab Workout Machine" which i use to own until i leant it to a friend & never saw it again!! lol

Sore knees!
Quite easy to fix together, although slight lining up problems with holes/screws due to being poorly made, but managed to do.This brings me on to the ‘knee pads’, after just a couple of minutes, knees were so sore, red and became slightly chaffed due to the pressure, the pads need to be much more cushioned than they are for the position you need to be in to use the machine.I need to look at somehow adding some extra padding ...
