Small detector can find 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi signals as well as camera lens with the four IR red lights. You can select the sensitivity, but I found that this detected most WiFi signals in my house as very strong (full bars and beep). There are 3 modes, lower frequency 2.4GHz, full band 100MHz to 2.7GHz, and the camera detection mode. The frequencies can be found by extending the antenna and aiming it towards a source. In order to use the camera detection mode, you need to slide open the top red round view up to expose all 4 red IR lights. Then you need to view thru the red round window, while aiming the 4 red lights up / down and left right around the room looking for possible locations of a camera.I'm not sure how accurate the frequency scanning is, nor the strength per se, but this does seem to pickup quite a few signals next to my WiFi mesh equipment. I plan to take it traveling to search for signals and camera bugs. So, its a pretty neat little detector.

Good value and easy to use. Small in size but good quality.

I am writing this review to share my experience using the Tanhuken Hidden Camera Detector that I received from Amazon Vine. This hidden camera detector is small, lightweight, rechargeable, it actually did not take too long to charge, I left it charging and after one hour my detector was fully charged, and the detector was quite simple to use.This hidden camera detector has one button to turn ON and OFF, while the two other buttons I was able to use to select the mode, adjust the sensitivity level, increase and decrease the range of detection, and change between radio frequency signal detection, magnetic field detection, and scan around looking for infrared cameras nearby. Overall, this hidden camera detector did a decent job for such a small and inexpensive device.

I travel to work a lot, and I stay in hotels when I travel to different countries or cities. I heard a lot of rumors going on about hidden cameras, and I’d like to have this detector to check them for security. I like the design of this device, and it is easy to carry it around. Very importantly, it is easy to use this device, and I can quickly scan the hotel room with help from this device.

I just received this hidden camera detector and tried it on the WiFi cameras in my house. It's indeed effective as it can detect hidden cameras that emit signals. The device is compact, easy to carry, and comes with a rechargeable battery. Charging doesn't take too long. I think it's essential, especially for women, to carry one of these when going out.
