Mug Warmer Mini Hot Plate Keeps Drink Perfect Temp

I've petty well worn out my cup warmer and I got this one mainly because it looked compact and also because of the price. It's ok but the on/off switch is in the cord and I just don't like that. I can't use it for work because I don't have a way to place the cord to get to the switch so I now have a cup warmer at home to use by my chair. That's pretty handy, keeps my coffe nice and hot and the cord can dangle down and be reached with no problem. It worked out well after all, but I wouldn't buy it again. It arrived in good condition and within the specified time so I have no problem with the seller.

The product arrived with Amazon's typical GREAT service. (I love AMAZON!!!) The product does exactly what it is supposed to do - keeps my coffee/tea warm/hot. The heating area is quite large and holds my Papa sized cup. The only drawback is I did not receive what was advertised. The on/off switch is not part of the main unit - it is a switch in the cord. This just makes it a little less convenient to use.

Prior to having & using the mini hot plate mug warmer,my hot drinks were, in the beginning too hot to drink, then before I realized it, the drinks were too cool.I ended up not only not enjoying my hot drink, but I ended up wasting more than I drank.With the mug warmer, my hot drink stays "just the right temperature"so I can "sip" my drink for as long as I want (for hours or even all day)Also,I recommend having two or more, so that I can leave them in different places,rather than more only one from place to place

This little device has been satisfactory for my uses. I place my ceramic cup of coffee on it and the coffee remains warm but does not get hot and lose its taste. My only dislike is the switch because I don't like roller switches and I thought, from the illustrations, that what turned out to be a red light, was the on/off switch. Overall, recommended by this buyer/user.

It's nice to have my coffee cup sitting on a hot plate. It takes a while for it to warm to the temperature that can keep my coffee hot. But be careful, you will need to place something under the hot plate because it will heat the table it sits on.

Amazon described this as smug warmer mini hot plate. I purchased on that description. When unit arrive I opened it and the description on the bottom states it is a candle plate warmer. It does not keep my coffee warm enough. I am considering returning it because it was not as described...I have tried to return this item, since I DONT HAVE A PRINTER IT IS PROVING TO BE DIFFICULT.. I WISH AMAZON WOULD CONTACT ME AT MY EMAIL ADDRESS

I have used it for about a week and it does a nice job of keeping coffee warm at pretty much the same temperature.Update 11/21/2010: Several times now, the power light has gone off but if I jiggle it a tad bit it comes back on. It only does this once in a while but I am downgrading it to 3 stars. It still heats really well but if I have further problems I will let you know.11/25/2010: It is becoming more sensitive to staying on and I am not sure how much longer it's gonna last!! Down grading to 2 stars instead of 1 because when it works, it does a good job.12/17/2010: Becoming even more difficult to get it to stay on. This is a piece junk....don't buy!

I used this as an inexpensive alternative to a wax warmer. It works great! It warms up quickly and kept my wax at a good temperature, not too hot or cold. Also, because it is SO inexpensive, I don't have to worry about getting it messy or damaging it. It is very easy to use, with just an on-off switch. I could see it working very well for coffee as well. Because it is so simple, it of course does not have temperature control. However, because I needed something cheap and easy to use, this was perfect!
