I am a new customer of Amazon Prime; and this is one of our first purchases.I am very happy with this Safavieh area Rug. The colors are what I expected and am pleased with the quality. The rug completes our room.

I will start by saying I've purchased a few other Safavieh rugs from Amazon, and for the money I always feel I'm getting a good value. They are various sizes and materials, and they've always come well packaged (rolled up). This rug was the third try for my living room. I LOVE it. The others were not quite right in color, size, pattern etc. This one is absolutely perfect.I live in a third floor walk-up (no elevator), so it's nice to have these giant 9x12 or 8x11 rugs delivered right to my door. Those that didn't work out, I scheduled a UPS pickup for convenience.For those who have written that it has a smell - yes, it's made of polyester people. It says right on the label that it will smell and that it will air out after a few days. Open a window! If you don't want a smell or you're overly senstitive, buy a cotton or wool rug. For those that say it doesn't lie flat - yes, it's been rolled up and vacuum sealed! It says right on the label that it will lie flat after a few days.Someone wrote a review on a 9x12 rug that you should "be prepared to wrestle it into submission". Yes, I agree; I live alone and it was a bit of a struggle to get it into place. It is cumbersome and heavy. Once the wrestling was over, it was well worth the struggle, but call a friend maybe.The rug looks rich and expensive. It goes beautifully with my decor and furniture. The softness is wonderful under bare feet. For the price and the door to door service (and free shipping with Amazon Prime), you really can't go wrong!

Got the 8x10. Fits and looks great in my living room. There are some brown lines around the cream color boarder that bother me some, and a bit of variation in shade in one corner spot. Otherwise I would have rated this rug 5 stars.

It's nice and certainly soft, but not the same quality as their other area rubs, if which I bought several. They were on sale and certainly worth the sale price of 70% off though. They are also much lighter than other better quality rugs so the ends have a tendency to curl up.

Super soft, well made, durable. This is my second rug set I got from this company and bought again from them because the quality was great the first time. The colors and craftmanship is wonderful.
