I never write reviews on Amazon, but I decided to write a review on this product. I've been taking the gummies for about a month now. I have noticed that my hair is getting thicker which is nice. I've also noticed a little more lenght to my hair as well. I've taken other biotin gummies before, and some helped and some didn't. I would definitely recommend the irestore gummies especially if your goal is to have thicker and fuller hair. I'm hoping my hair will become longer. The longer I take these gummies. I also love the fact the ingredients all vegan friendly and all natural. I just bought another month supply. I'm going to continue to take these for the rest of the year, and hope for more positive results. The other reviews are right the taste of the gummies are good, and easy to chew. The price is a little pricey, but I would say it is worth the buy. Hopefully at the end of the year I will change my 4 star rating to 5.PS: I've noticed a huge difference with my nails they are growing lightening quick, and are much stronger.*Update: I've taken these gummies since June so for about 7 months now. My roots of my hair did become much thicker, but sadly within the past 7 months I noticed very little new added length. Part of the reason I started taking these gummies is to help my hair grow longer. If you're looking for more fullness, thicker hair, and strong nails these gummies are for you. If you looking for gummies to help your hair grow longer you might want to look around for another brand. Great tasting! Love these vitamins! My hair isn’t falling out anymore

I have found it to be very tasty, I've also noted significant growth in both my finger nails and hair.

First things first, I was seeking a vitamin to help recover my hair from bleach damage / growth. After researching a few hair skin and nail vitamins, I came across these and decided to go for it. The reviews were mostly good and the pictures of “proof of growth” were a big selling point for me. All of the others that I researched all talked about the side effect of cystic type acne. Which is why I chose this one because there didn’t seem to be many reviews with that complaint. WELL 3 weeks in and I’ve already had 5 big, painful, won’t get the heck off of my face cystic type acne bumps. Mind you I drink water like nobodies business, I have a fairly decent diet that did not change during the last 3 weeks. So I am almost 100% sure it was the vitamins. Which was a bummer because these are freaking delicious, and I actually looked forward to eating them after my lunch. So whether or not they will work for hair growth I cannot comment on, but for the breaking out aspect of too much biotin I can add that if you already have issues with acne, don’t do it!

I have been using this for quite some time. Had major hair loss after two rounds of Covid a year ago & decided to add this product to my daily vitamin regimen. I am 56 & yes it is a great product. Also tastes great.
