It all depends on your water pressure.You can do a flow rate test by shooting it into a 5 gallon bucket and timing how long it takes to fill it up for an approximate answer ( the backpressure from the soil may impact exact rate).

Q: Mine arrived without the caulimo 3.5 oz fertilizer bottle. how do i get one without having to return the whole apparatus? is bottle a standard size?

I'm sorry I don't know I bought a tree watering spike but have not used it yet. I had one before different model. It also can be used for ants in your yard using a liquid pesticide. Also at the to you have a shut valve on the top to stop if you think needed. Meaning you control the amount of what you put into it.
