Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had purchased one VictorPro 12 V mini UPS s. no. B0C7VSCHNF from Clicktech Retail through amazon online platform vide invoice no. DEL5-1013898 dated 28-05-25. It has gone faulty and power is getting off soon once electricity goes off.The product has a warantee of one year but it is gone faulty within a month. There is no response from customer support of Victor pro. I had sent e mails and on customer support page of Victorpro web page also. Product is very bad and no one should buy if they do not respond to customer communication.There is no response from customer support of Victor pro

Why did you pick this product vs others?:They are literally playing with the customer by not returning the item. It does not fit in my Airtel extreme fibre socket and is of no use for me now but still I can't return it. No help from Amazon. They are replacing the item with the same product and that's really pathetic.

The media could not be loaded. I would like to point some pros and cons for this particular product.The best this is the conectivity, user friendly. Its plug-n-play. Best for dummies.When connected to wifi router (Airtel Xtreme), it doesn't give out the required voltage/watts and it causes in unstable performance. I have tried charging for 5(five) hours before plugging in to router. I hope its a defect manufacturer rather than the whole products thats out there.Lastly, I recommend the company that they have tested before exporting the products to the general public beacuse it effects their services in the future.
