Dewalt quality tool
I love this ratchet. I used it quite extensively when changing struts on my wife’s car. This did not have a batter or charger, which I knew going into it. It is plenty powerful to take off brake caliper bolts and ball/tie rod end nuts as well. It will cinch bolts/nuts easily, but you will still need to properly torque bolts down with a torque wrench. It has a 3/8” and 1/2” socket ends to handle a wide wangle of sockets. Because it’s not an impact socket, you can use regular sockets with it. The length is a problem in certain situations, but it’s nothing that extensions or a swivel can’t help overcome. It’s not cheap, so it is a luxury if you can afford it.

good buy
this ratchet is better than all the ratchets I've ever owned. I've owned snap on , match, and Mac. the bray away tore will bust your knuckles if its too tight

Toolbox Luxury Item
This is a great toolbox addition. It's perfect to use in locations where a drill or impact driver won't fit and is too many turns to deal with using a manual ratchet. The ONLY issue is that if the nut/bolt is significantly torqued or is stuck, it will have to be broken free with a manual ratchet or breaker bar before using this tool.

This thing is awesome
Been using it for a while now. Auto technician. Having the gone from older model to this one is a big difference. This one has sealed head which I like since I’m working on cars. The interchangeable head is also a nice touch. I haven’t used that feature that much but the 1 or 2 times I did need it made my life alot easier. The biggest improvement over the original is the sensor has gotten alot better at knowing when the head is at max tq and stopping. On the old one if you didn’t stop before the bolt you were screwing in bottomed out the ratchet would just keep going and your hand would go along with it. Lots of banged up knuckles till I finally learned how to control the trigger a bit better. This new one kills the power when it the head bottoms out. Now one annoying thing about this feture is rusted up threads and bolts can give it some issues where it gives a false sense of bottoming out when actually its just stuck on rust. But I’ve not run into this issues too much and the few times I have I just use my impact gun.Overall this is worth the purchase whether you own the older one already or if your new to electric ratchets. The only reason to buy the Milwaukee version is if your already into the batteries.

Easy to use and is heavyweight and can handle the big job. Well made and works with most dewalt batteries

2 tools in one. It’s a joy to use!
Was skeptical about how the battery is place and the balance of this tool. But really like it. I like the fact that you can swap the anvils from 1/2 to 3/8 so easily so this is basically two tools in one!

Powerful tool - which you could reduce torque.
Powerful - wish it had an adjustable clutch to reduce torque applied.

Great tool to have
This is my first cordless rachet, I’m used to air tools from the past but man this thing is a beast, so handy for tight spaces and a time saver for sure.
