One of the best crypto hardware wallets nowadays
This is not my first OneKey device, i have the mini and the lite (that only backups the hot wallet), but the classic is the most versatile of the tree, is light and thin, also his battery has a good autonomy and is really easy to link with my iPhone. The only thing that I don’t like of the OneKey is on the software that currently doesn’t support so much cross-chain swaps ( only between a few chains) but as the software is Open Source ( the biggest advantage of the OneKey) maybe comes sooner than later.

Great Crypto Wallet
I’m thoroughly surprised. The display is gorgeous. Ease of use is great. UI is nice. Swapping works great. Not a lot I can think of that I’d change. Just keep adding more chains. Great job, guys!

The wallet is very secure
The wallet is very secure requiring a passcode for physical access and only performs functions if you press the physical button, stopping hackers from taking control through a compromised pc.

Awesome
I like having an interface so my pin and password isn't entered into a client. This device is a pleasure to use. Perfect to hold. Zero lag, great haptic feedback. Menu is simple, great features, and the app is really clean and intuitive. Pretty happy with it reqlly. Easy setup too. Entire device is well thought out. Only drawback is the battery. Whenever you have a bright vibrant display you will have short battery life. I grt about an hour and a half if it's on constantly. But you really woukdnt do thst. Only when you need your private keys. And honestly I always have a charger or battery near me anyhow becaise of my phone etc so even if it was dead, take a couple minutes to be operative. I almost went with ledger flex where it last for weeks on one charge but the epaper can't see it in the dark. No go for me. This one key screen is as clear as an iPhone. Very polished.Update: bought another one. It setup fine then went to update firmware and it bricked. I can fire restart but just repeats all issues. App doesn't recognize forward version now then freezes. Resetting device to factory doesn't fix either. Onekey support is just a bot, no help. I don't recommend this evice. Not reliable. The only thing this gets you is a nice screen, and fingerprint sensor over the classic 1s which is way more reliable it seems. The fingerprint sensor won't enroll most of my fingers and the ones it does don't recognize it when logging in most of the time so that's useless. What's the point of this device. Absolutely terrible.

Definite upgrade from the OneKey Classic
I own a ridiculous number of cryptocurrency wallets--all of the major ones and every lower profile product I come across as well. The OneKey Classic has been one of the best. It was spare and utilitarian but in that case this was a 'feature not a bug'. The tiny form factor was great but as the crypto world continues to expand and change I kept thinking I wish it offered more functionality. As if they read my mind, here it is: the OneKey Touch. As was the case with the classic, the presentation of the Touch reminded me of how my Nothing1 phone was packaged and that's serious praise. From the outset, it looks and feels like a premium product. The 3.1" touch screen is a perfect size and very responsive. In fact, it's likely the best color screen I've seen on a crypto wallet. By design, it's a not as svelte as the Classic but even with the touchscreen it's far from bulky weighing in at 9.6 ounces with dimensions of 3.43" x 0.4" x 7.17". It's just over a quarter of the size of my Pixel 7 Pro to give you some context and much thinner. The setup and functionality of hardware wallets doesn't vary much from one to another. Wallet setup and device activation is the same process you've done a million times (eg: getting your recovery phrase, connecting with your phone/computer). The wallet does most of the user facing work such as sending and receiving crypto. I tested it on Android and Ubuntu and it was servicable on both platforms. The OneKey Touch is a definite upgrade from the Classic due primarily to the excellent quality touch screen. Otherwise, it doesn't deviate from what works and works well. The usage is not really any different from other hardware wallets but I like the open source software underpinning it. The device is really sleek and easy to carry, yet very easy to use. One of the best crypto wallets I've tried gets even better. Highly recommended!

Careful creating a new wallet while backing it up with the KeyTag.
Set up the wallet first. Then back it up with the KeyTag. Don't try to make the KeyTag while creating the wallet. Here I am excited to set up the new wallet and save the phrase using the KeyTag since they give you an option to back it up during the process of creating a new wallet, but then the OneKey shuts off mid-set-up. That's a waste of a KeyTag. Now I have to write down a whole other 24 words and redo this process. I'm glad it comes with an extra KeyTag but that's such a disappointment. Why do they have the wallet auto-shutoff while creating a new wallet? I'm so angry right now. It's not the end of the world though. Just a major inconvenience and a waste of a KeyTag.
