I should have read the reviews closer. Baby is in the 67th percentile for her height~~~ and cant reach the floor on the 1 setting. So this is a design flaw and quality control. Not the easiest to put together as you need some super strength to snap the seat clips in place. I regret buying it because it is not what I had expected and gave as a gift to my daughter. So to send them the box and ask them to take apart would be too much to ask.

This walker is really cute and super adorable. I love the big tray for extra toys to go ontop for baby to play with if you wanted. What sucks are the Wheels. I don't like the back wheels what soever. This walker can't slide on carpet. I have hardwood floor and just a big thin carpet rug in my living room and this walker does not work on our carpet. Also my baby is a preemie but 8months and she couldn't even reach the ground on the lowest setting. For $40 I love the price point and style and the big tray. The wheels work well on hardwood floor but I didn't like the back wheels either. So I had to return.

This walker simply does the job and that’s it. The seat part doesn’t stay on and you have to keep attaching before you place the baby in which is time consuming other than that it gets the job done.
