This container is appropriate for keeping salt so that any moisture maybe avoided. However the bottle is too small amd doesn't hold 1 packet salt at one go. The spoon that comes with it is also somewhat flat and doesn't hold much salt at one go. Overall the product quality is good and the magnetic lid also closes well. Lookswise also it gives a rustic look to my counter which is good. I only wish there was a bigger size of the same product.Edit : Here's editing my comment after months of its usage and giving it the mossing star. I had bought similar wooden containers from different brands in Amazon but none stands in terms of quality infront this Classyo product. Although this jar maybe a little small but performance wise it is mind blowing. Right from the closure of the magnetic lid to its looks, it is perfect. Hence giving it a 5 star now.

A very well made product - sturdy and just the ideal size. The best part about it is the air tight lid with magnets!

Good craftsmanship but the magnetic ball is loose it comes out every now and then

This item is indeed very good. I have been looking for a wooden Jar to keep salt as per the Hindu traditions, couldn't find one better than this one. However, the jar is very smooth, I sometime feel it will slip away from my hand. May be some carving in the jar would do good.

The container is gradually breaking and has to be discarded. Never buy this product. Not recommended at all.

Looks beautiful but not airtight....

Had been struggling to keep salt in the right container. Here is the best product I have ever seen. The wooden box is well designed and is so easy to handle.
