Excellent customer service
The item was fine unfortunately I ordered it for Christmas and it only arrived a week ago. I asked to return it and the supplier kindly refunded the full amount but told me not to send the item back as i would have to pay freight. Excellent service and I will donate item to charity. Thank you!

Nice display lighting
The letters kept falling out, but remedied that by putting sellotape at the ends.Good value for money and really nice addition to be able to change the background colour..

Beware of the customs charges if you live in the UK
I live in the UK and had to pay an additional customs charge of £11. The product comes from China. Also its a gift and the box is damaged. Very disappointed
