ADJUSTABLE - TOTALLY ADJUSTABLE - knee braces are not a one size fits all. Found some to tight at top or middle or bottom or just the opposite too loose and the brace slide down the leg.What is good is the strap section that goes directly behind the knee is not wide and does not restrict bending down where there is sometimes too much material and the material bunches up. The top and bottom adjustments means that this brace could be put on overtop of slacks.Lots of options! I was never fan of the slip on sleeves. Actually wanted a very small patella brace with similar put on over slacks. This is more material however it does the job.The 3 point adjustments makes this brace work great. Long straps provide fit for many different leg configurations.

I measured as suggested and it fits perfectly. This brace is really supportive. In fact, it made walking at first a little stiff. Once I got used to it, it was fine. When you first get it on, it feels like it's slipping but it seems to be just settling into position. I have not had to readjust because of slipping. Does get pretty sweaty. Highly recommend.

I’m 5-2, 259lbs. I’ve never had good success with knee braces despite many by ears knee issue and braces.I have big thighs and little legs but this brace is a game changer. Stays in place and does not slip when secured correctly.The three wide straps makes it easy to secure and stay in place. My thigh is 26inchs so I got 3x according to the measurements. I highly recommend you measure and choose the corresponding size for a good fit.It immobilizes well and reduced my pain by 70%. Its easy on and easy off.

This is a very good knee brace it doesn’t slip it stays in place. Does help with pain I’d recommend to anyone that need a knee brace.

This brace started off great! Size 18/20 and ordered a Size 2. It secured my injury until 3 days ago when the device became too loose to be able to secure my knee. I will consider other options and size down.

I had a titled knee cap and needed support for walking. It was easy to use and fit well. I still had plenty of space for thicker thigh. My physical therapist and doc agreed it gave great support and helped for a speedy recovery! I wore it daily for 7 weeks and still wear it on long walks and it’s still in great condition.

I have been looking for a brace that will not slip down or roll off my thigh because I am thick. This brace works perfectly! Highly recommend for those with thicker thighs

So so happy this knee brace fits and it's quite comfortable too. Hard to find a decent knee brace for my THOR size knees. This knee brace fits the bill and the quality is pretty decent too!
