Great item, a little tricky to apply and makes the room slightly dark but works well during daylight.

As long as you spray lots of soapy water on the window it’s easy to get the bubbles out - which I learnt very quickly after my first attempt. It drops the temperature in the room within minutes. I know they have some bad reviews but seriously drench the window in soapy water and they work really well. Only given it a 4 star as it’s hard work!

Used for a south facing office window. Seemed to keep the heat down a bit ( not dramatically so). Visibility in daylight reduced from outside well. Not so good after dark.Tricky to apply- took two people.Makes the small home office a bit dark inside/gloomy.

I like the quality of the film, but just such a small size but can still use for smaller windows.

Excellent product

Bought primarily to try and reflect some heat from our extremely large bedroom windows that catch the full afternoon and evening sun.I followed the instructions and found the film quite easy to apply once cut to a rough size. Used plenty of soapy water on clean windows. Once positioned used a couple of spreaders bought separately to squeeze the liquid and bubbles out, then trimmed to size with a hobby knife. This bit was the most tricky and is worth spending some time on.Once on, the film had a mottled appearance but this disappeared after a day or so as per the instructions. Now they are on they look professionally installed with no visible blemishes.From the outside they are perfectly mirrored and look great.The one problem is though, they don’t keep the heat out, I would argue they actually make the heat transfer slightly worse…. Anyway, they look great and help reduce glare internally so staying on.
