Paul Mitchell Bond Rx Shampoo, Strengthens + Protects, For Chemically Treated + Damaged Hair

Love the Paul Mitchell Bond RX Shampoo, makes my color treated, curly hair soft and it smells good also! I've also bought the Paul Mitchell Bond RX Conditioner and have love it also, not tangles! I highly recommend the shampoo and conditioner products for color treated hair!I've tried Olaplex but it was too heavy for my hair, made it flat.Thank you Paul Mitchell for a wonderful product!

Shampoo is gentle on my processed hair and lathers up easily (don’t need a lot of shampoo). Very pleased.

Expensive bottle with lackluster results. I was shocked at how small the bottle was but kept an open mind when testing. They scent is fantastic, it left my hair feeling refreshed and hydrated. But my issue was it was no different than my lower end hair products. Nothing about this shampoo jumped out at me. Would pass in the future, it performs fantastic but nothing a normal priced bottle of shampoo cant do.

Shampoo not closed correctly, therefore leaked in the box. Nearly one quarter of shampoo leaked.

This shampoo arrived in a sealed film and sleek packaging. The advertised benefits are explained as a shampoo with: a rich creamy lather that gently cleanses without weighing down hair, bond Rx technology that protects fragile bonds in the hair, a design specifically for chemically treated & damaged hair. The scent is explained as warm notes of amber, sandalwood and vanilla orchid. The shampoo is color safe, sulfate free, and vegan. The bond Rx system is patented by Paul Mitchell as a line of products that target weak/damaged bonds. I believe that shampoo works as advertised and does not weigh my hair down. I didn't order the whole system, but I am happy with the shampoo lather, texture, and scent.

I would have liked to at the very least try the conditioner as well to be able to give a more comprehensive review but I only have the shampoo so I’m reviewing it strictly how it performs as a shampoo. I didn’t feel it repaired my hair or improved the quality, however the shampoo did leave my hair feeling soft and not dried out or frizzy. The shampoo didn’t lather much but I know shampoos that lather have chemicals in them that aren’t good for your hair. My hair did feel clean and the shampoo smells good. I would recommend the shampoo alone but you would probably want to purchase the conditioner as well if you want to get full results.

I color my hair every 5 weeks, and it gets so dry and brittle. Deep conditioning is a way of life, but I'm also a daily shampoo'er, too. It rinses clean and preps my hair to glob on all the conditioner I need to restore my hair's moisture. This shampoo doesn't feel like it strips my hair like regular shampoos do. It also has a refreshing scent that is neutral and doesn't linger. Overall, I'm pleased with this shampoo catered to my color-treated hair needs.
