Love this printer.. does exactly what is needed for my small business.. support team is absolutely amazing and quick to reply when I had an issue and it was sorted straight away… I use the app on my laptop which gives me so many more choices of designs for my stickers… so many colours of stickers which is amazing..

I found this machine really easy to set up and use. I've used many labels sizes and shapes and being printed by heat transfer the print doesn't rub off. Unfortunately, there was an issue about 10 months after purchase. I got in touch with the product support team, who responded quickly and were able to sort out the issue. I'd buy this item again.

Easy to use, prints good quality labels, Downloaded the app and printing straight away, would recommend.

Everything about this is absolutely wrong,not able to print on the laptop,even though it is connected and if that is not frustrating enough it’s loading the entire day,I have purchased it in Feb,but assumed,given the price it’s going to be fine to use,Gosh was I wrong AVOID PLEASE

Started to sell items on vinted and eBay and printing the labels were becoming a hassle with my normal printer. This printer lets me print straight to a label making it easier to stick them straight onto my parcels without having to use unnecessary sellotape and excess paper waste. The prints are good quality and makes selling much easier. Will also be using the printer to make thank you stickers and stickers for scrapbooking

I have had several label printers from the big names and have had to return them after the labels were rejected by the Post Office. I really wanted a 300dpi printer but as they do not exist at a reasonable price i thought i would give this a go, with its high quality Japanese print head. I am very glad i did. I have printed over 50 Post Office labels and none have been rejected. The software is very easy to use and integrates with my ipad apps so as soon as i buy a label I can select the label printer. You then just have to crop the image and print, it takes less than 60 seconds end to end! It is well made and has great software. The only down side is that it takes up a bit of desk space and you have to buy or make a holder to hold the roll of 6x4 labels. For less than £100 is is highly recommended.

I needed something a little more portable but if you want this for a desktop it's going to fine for a small business to print labels.

La impresora sirve perfecto, funciona sin problemas y el tamaño la hace semi-portatil. Digo semi porque se puede meter a una mochila fácilmente pero no es como que se pueda meter al bolso de una chamarra grande. La aplicación es fácil de instalar y aunque sincronizarla no es lo mas rápido del mundo, me parece sobresaliente comparado con el estándar de la tecnología genérica. La aplicación es muy fácil de usar e intuitiva, se pueden adaptar otros tipos de formatos al de las etiquetas muy fácilmente.

The print quality is surely more then 203 dpi as they suggest . It is a great Thermal printer. My only ask would be to have a holding tray for papers with this machine. Rest the build quality is great and so is the print quality, instructions and the labelife application.Great job done

I sell things occasionally, that need to be mailed, so that’s is the reason for my initial purchase.To print shipping labels, I screen shoot it, crop it, then send to my photos. Once in my photos I rotate the image, vertically. Then open my app, connect printer, upload the image, and print it. It’s really not as bad as it may sound, and there is a way to use files, but for my occasional use (maybe 3-5/ week) it’s super easy.THEN, I started searching the different thermal labels, and that’s when the fun started! This little printer has been a champ with the labels I’ve tried, so far. All different brands, no problem. The white circle, pictured, prints in a teal color(so pretty), and there were reviews of other printers jamming with them (they don’t stick to the wax paper they’re on very well, but they do stick once used, btw) No problem for this machine!! Even the odd shapes, just input the measurements and play a little with alignment, which is EASY.The auto feed has gotten it right, every time, for me.I print everything, as an image, from my phone, I haven’t used the pdf and haven’t used my desktop computer. I may try & explore that at some point but I’m happy with my results so far. It’s quick & fun on my phone.As an image, I’ve played around with editing, having my phone switch it to black & white vs letting the app switch it to B&W, the results have varied, sometimes using the chrome filter, in editing, works best to get out unwanted gray in the images too.I’ve printed team stickers, Christmas labels, birthday labels, and fun images for notebooks, so far. BTW, I have mine set to the best quality for printing and at normal speed, I think it prints pretty fast as is.Also, I didn’t think I could get so much use from the shipping label sticker, but wrapping a gift in plain brown paper, finding or making a cute personalized image, then adding the perfect colored ribbon, ends up looking better than a boutique gift wrap!I have the latest Cricut and I much prefer playing around with this, haha. I don’t leave reviews as much as I should, but this little gadget has been so much more useful than I imagined, so I thought it deserved its proper fanfare from me. No regrets here, hoping it keeps chugging along, as it has.

Love this printer for our small business! Extremely easy to operate with the app! Easy to customize and prints quickly. I especially love that it is reasonably priced. This is worth the value! Bonus… I ust found out I can print from my laptop using Word documents. This will be helpful for those labels that require lots of info! I have been using it for about 10 months and have had zero issues!
