Got this for at home workouts. It’s easy to put together, super sturdy, and easy to adjust for weight lifting. It’s also very stable on the ground with no wobbling. Easy to clean as well!

I wasn’t expecting too much from this bench when I purchased it because of a prior bench purchase from another manufacturer/seller. I read the reviews and I crossed my fingers and bought it.Delivery was fast and I was able to easily put it together with a little help from my hubby. He had to come in and use his strength to tighten all the bolts. Once it was assembled I immediately felt the difference between this bench and my other bench. The Lusper bench was way, way more sturdier and definitely had a better quality feel to it. I’m currently doing more of a light weight lifting program in my gym garage so I doubt I’m going to ever max the weight limit out on this bench but I feel a lot more secure knowing I can load it up without the squeaking of my older bench. That squeaking noise always worried me mid workout since I was worried it would collapse out from underneath me. Overall this was definitely a great purchase. It exceeds my basic weight lifting needs and outfits my home gym with a sturdy reliable bench. I’m short and the back is a bit tall for me but it doesn’t bother or hinder me in any way. Great product and glad I purchased it.

Can't expect a bench that you can fold up and put in the corner when not in use to be really solid and steady. I got the 800lb version because I liked the system it had for adjusting the incline and seat better. After using it a few weeks I think it is stable enough to do light to medium dumbbell work. The bench seems sturdy enough but it is not completely stable and solid especially in any incline position. Depends on your tolerance for a little wobble while lifting. Overall it is pretty good for a bench you can fold up when not in use.

Quick and easy set up. Feels good to use. I’m a bigger guy so wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. This is perfect for lifting some weights! Now just to get into a routine of using it frequently!

I bought this bench for my wife for our home gym. I liked it so much that I bought a 2nd one for me to replace the sketchy US brand bench that I was using.This feels very solid. Thick padding, adjustment knobs that lock, incline/decline on both bench and seat. I am 6'1", 200lbs. My wife is 5' and 120lb. This bench works well for both of us.

Folds up to take up little space, but sturdy enough to have a good dumbbell workout.

The locking mechanism for this bench is just a tension pin. You pull on it to disengage it and slide the backrest up and down, then you release the pin and it locks into little notches on one side of the post. It's not a super beefy pin either... and the thought of my body weight + the weight of my dumbells resting solely on that pin is a little nerve-racking. To it's credit though... it has held up so far. I've had zero issues but I do get a little nervous when I'm laying on it and trying to lift anything heavier.One big positive though is how easy it is to fold up and store when not in use. Only takes a second to fold it up and it's light enough to just carry and store wherever.It came 95% assembled as well, so no gripes there. I just wish the locking mechanism was a bit more confidence-inducing.

I was a bit skeptical when I was putting it together but honestly it's solid so far. Pretty easily adjustable although it's stiff when new. Just got to break it in. It's a bit thicker than I thought when folded but it's still easy enough to store away somewhere out of the way.
