These come in two pair pack. I am still using first pair after several months. Very flexible, easy to put on. With switching to barefoot shoes along with these my toes have gotten much stronger & my hiking & running has much improved! My legs overall are stronger as well. I can now move all my toes individually & couldn't do that at all before. Ocassionally, they start to put pressure betweeen my toes, sometimes not. If they do I just take them off. I have worn them overnight several times.

They are way too tight and I have narrow feet. They were difficult to get on and about a half hour in I was crying uncle! They're in the drawer!

These work fine. My toes are so close together they’re just a little too wide to stick in between my toes comfortably.

My physical therapist recommended this for my sprained ankle to help activate muscles for my arch. They are comfortable and easy to wear. I usually keep my smallest toe out. I can wear with some of my sneakers, too. Bonus, comes with two pairs (which is ideal if you have a 4 year old boy who likes to play with them on his fingers).

I would like to wear these more, but they are too tight and I don’t even have big toes

I felt like my toes needed a good stretch and they did! I wore these for about and hour or so and my feet feel SO much better. I am not even kidding! I plan to keep these and use them again. They are EXACTLY what I needed.

I was going to buy the expensive Toe Separators but thought I would give these a try. I am not sorry. They work as advertised and I saved $$$$
