値段が高いだけあって、革は光沢があり、高級感がある。ブランドとしては老眼に特化したメーカーでネームバリューもある。しかし、実際使ってみると、光の反射具合や、視覚野の狭さ、重量、ルーペの取り出しのスムーズさにおいて、携帯用のわりにとても使いづらい携帯するには、伊東屋オリジナルのカードルーペという商品があり、1枚数百円で販売されているが、こちらの方がはるかに機能的で便利である。
